Terms & Conditions

Identity of Parties: “Signature Style Experience & Events” shall mean Signature Style Experience & Events, its owners, employees, and agents. “Customer” shall mean the person(s), company, or property owner listed on the invoice, as well as the person signing this Agreement, their agents, and employees.

1. SITE PREPARATION

Customers agree to have the site clean, level, and ready for delivery, installation, and pickup. Extra charges may apply for delays, obstacles, stairs, or labor caused by improper site preparation.

 

2. SAFETY & OPERATION 

Customers acknowledge that using rental equipment carries risks of injury or damage. Customers accept full responsibility for safe use and supervision.

 

Rules for Party Equipment:

  • Adult supervision is required at all times.

  • No food, drinks, smoking, pets, sharp objects, or silly string near equipment.

  • No somersaults, flips, roughhousing, or overcrowding.

  • Slides must be used feet first, one person at a time.

  • Children under 2, pregnant women, and individuals with injuries are not permitted.

  • Customers may not move, alter, or attach anything to equipment.

  • ​

Violation of these rules may result in damage charges, cleaning fees ($150–$350), or replacement fees ($500–$3,500).

3. WEATHER POLICY

​

  • Equipment may not be used in winds over 20 mph, heavy rain, lightning, or temperatures below 40°F.

  • Customers must unplug and stop use during severe weather.

  • The customer is responsible for protecting rented items from weather damage.

  • Signature Style Experience & Events may refuse delivery or cancel due to unsafe weather. If cancellation occurs, deposits may be credited to a future event but are non-refundable.

 

4. LIABILITY RELEASE / HOLD HARMLESS

Customer understands risks of injury (falls, collisions, suffocation, etc.) and agrees to:

  • Release Signature Style Experience & Events from all liability for injuries or damages to participants, guests, or property.

  • Indemnify and hold harmless Signature Style Experience & Events from claims, lawsuits, or attorney’s fees arising from use of rented equipment, even if caused by negligence.

  • Maintain homeowner’s, renter’s, or event insurance to cover potential incidents.

 

5. PAYMENT TERMS

​

  • A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve equipment.

  • Final payment is due 7 days before the event.

  • Bookings made within 7 days of the event require full payment.

  • Returned checks are subject to a $45 fee plus immediate cash payment.

6. CANCELLATION POLICY

​

  • Outdoor cancellations due to unsafe weather may be credited toward future rentals.

  • Indoor cancellations within 10 days = 50% cancellation fee (or $150 minimum).

  • Indoor cancellations within 72 hours = 75% cancellation fee (or $150 minimum).

  • Custom-built rentals are non-refundable but may be credited toward future events.

 

7. DELIVERY & PICKUP

​

  • Customer grants Signature Style Experience & Events access for delivery, setup, and pickup.

  • The customer is responsible for ensuring space and power availability.

  • Equipment must be returned in the same condition, free of debris.

 

8. EQUIPMENT RESPONSIBILITY

​

  • Customers accept equipment in good condition “as is.”

  • The customer is responsible for loss, theft, or damage at full replacement value.

  • Ordinary wear is accepted; negligence, misuse, or unauthorized alterations are not.

 

9. NO WARRANTY

​

Signature Style Experience & Events provides equipment without warranty of fitness for any particular purpose and is not responsible for accidents or failures beyond its control.

10. LEGAL TERMS

​

  • Customers agree to comply with all local ordinances, permits, and safety requirements.

  • Any disputes will be resolved under New Jersey law in Middlesex County.

  • If legal action is necessary, the prevailing party may recover attorney’s fees.

  • If any clause is invalid, the remainder of this Agreement remains enforceable.

 

11. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

​

This Agreement, along with the invoice, represents the full understanding between Signature Style Experience & Events and Customer. Electronic signatures or payment acknowledgments confirm acceptance of all terms.
